Cook the pasta partially so that its still as bit firm in the middle wash and leave to cool then put in the base of a casserole dish. Heat oil in a medium saucepan and add the Onions, garlic an curry paste and stir for a few minutes. Add the meat and stir with a fork until the meat is no longer pink. Cover the noodles with the pasta sauce - adding the extra cheese on top Cook in a moderate oven - around 180c for 30 minutes and serve
