  • 2 medium tomato, chopped

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1/2 chicken stock cube aka bouillon

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 spoon oil, to fry

  • 1 tbsp Parmesean cheese

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 200 g pasta- any kind


  • Cook 200g pasta in salted boiling water on the side as per packets instructions. Heat up some oil in a pan and fry the onions for 1 minute
  • Add the garlic and ginger paste, the sliced green chilli and fry for another minute till fragrant.
  • Now add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, ketchup and salt. Saute and simmer it for about 7-10 mins
  • Add the spices- chilly flakes, oregano, chicken stock cube and a half cup pasta water, milk and saute for few minutes
  • Now add the cooked and drained pasta
  • Taste test for spice and salt. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve :)
