Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup boiled peas


  • 100 GMs ringed beans


  • 100 GMs carrots diced


  • 2 boiled potatoes chopped


  • 2 tsp chopped apples


  • 2 tsp chopped pineapple


  • 5 tsp mayonnaise


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp pepper


  • 1 tsp mustard powder


  • 1 tbsp healthy olives to garnish


  • 1 tbsp tomatoes, cucumber, beet root for garnish

Directions

  • Firstly steam all veggies.. Drain the water and keep aside.
  • chill these veggies in a freezer
  • Add mayonnaise sauce and spread well. Now add chopped apples and pineapple.
  • Finally add salt, black pepper and mustard powder and mix well.
  • Garnish with olives and salad pieces.. Serve chilled and enjoy...
