For preparing dressing, hang curd in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours
Beat curd till smooth
Add sugar and oil. Gently mix cream. keep dressing aside.
Boil 4 cups water with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar
Add carrots and peas. When peas r tender add chopped cabbage.
Remove from fire after 1/2 minutes.. Strain and keep all boiled veggies in a strainer to discard all water.
Add boiled veggies, apple pieces, cucumber and mint leaves to yoghurt dressing. Mix gently.
Add salt and black pepper and enjoy chilled
