1 bowl mix sprouted cereals (moong, moth, wheat, peanut, gram, soybean)
1 bowl boiled pasta
1 boiled potato sliced
1 small cucumber sliced
1 small tomato chopped
1/2 bowl coriander leaves
1/4 bowl spinach
1/4 bowl mint leaves
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Black salt according to taste
Plain salt according to taste
1 tablespoon anar Dana
Directions
Mix coriander leaves, mint, spinach, a little salt and a little water in the chilli, grind it into the mixer and make chutney
Now mix all the ingredients in this sauce/ chutney
Serve ready salad
