Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 english cucumber
  • 1cup cream cheese
  • 1/2cup hung curd
  • Dill 1 tsp minced
  • ranch dressing
  • Salt 1/8tsp
  • Sugar 1/4tsp
  • Cherry tomatoes 4 chopped into 2 pieces

Directions

  • Partially Peel the skin to cucumber
  • Take a bowl mix cream cheese curd ranch powder , salt , peppper and minced dill
  • Transfer cheese mixture into piping bag
  • Cut cucumber into 1 cm slices
  • Scoop out innner part .
  • Pipe the cheeSe mixture into cucumber hole.
  • Top with cgerry tpmato
  • Serve chilled
