Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3-4 carrot

  • 2 tbs oilve oil

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1/2 tbs black pepper crushed

  • 3 tbs butter

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 tbs brown sugar

  • 1 tsp seasame seeds

  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped Salt

Directions

    Peel the carrot and cut in leanthwise, sprinkle salt, crushed pepper, olive oil, soya sauce. Coat well.

    Transfer this carrot to a roasting dish and bake for 40 min at 350°F – 180°C. After 20 minutes remove from oven, give the carrots a toss or turn each piece over. Return to oven.

    Take a microwave safe bowl add orange juice, brown sugar, and butter, put into microwave for 1 min. So butter and sugar melt.

    Now coat roasted carrot with this butter, sugar, orange juice, mixture

  • 05

    Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds, and chopped coriander leaves
