Coleslaw/ Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

2 cups shredded red cabbage
1- 1.5 cups shredded regular cabbage
2 small medium carrots grated
2 tbsp chopped celery
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
80g Mayonnaise adjust
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
1 tbsp Mustard sauce adjust
1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes optional
Directions
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, acv salt pepper and mustard sauce with red chilli flakes. mix until well combined
You can use mix of red and white cabbage or only 1 type cabbage for this salad
Add all veggies in a bowl. Now gradually add dressing to cabbage and toss well
Do not add all dressing at once as we do not want the salad to turn soggy.
Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour before serving. You can immediately serve but Coleslaw tastes better after resting.
