Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage


  • 1- 1.5 cups shredded regular cabbage


  • 2 small medium carrots grated


  • 2 tbsp chopped celery


  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 80g Mayonnaise adjust


  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste


  • 1 tbsp Mustard sauce adjust


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes optional

Directions

  • In a bowl mix mayonnaise, acv salt pepper and mustard sauce with red chilli flakes. mix until well combined
  • You can use mix of red and white cabbage or only 1 type cabbage for this salad
  • Add all veggies in a bowl. Now gradually add dressing to cabbage and toss well
  • Do not add all dressing at once as we do not want the salad to turn soggy.
  • Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour before serving. You can immediately serve but Coleslaw tastes better after resting.
