1 cup chopped pineapple
1 small grated carrot
1 handful coriander leaves
1 small cucumber chopped finely
1/2 small onion
1/2 teaspoon or to taste Salt
1/2 teaspoon or to taste pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Mix the pineapple, cucumber, carrot, coriander well then add the salt and pepper to it with lime juice and mix well and serve.
