Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple


  • 1 small grated carrot


  • 1 handful coriander leaves


  • 1 small cucumber chopped finely


  • 1/2 small onion


  • 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon or to taste pepper powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Mix the pineapple, cucumber, carrot, coriander well then add the salt and pepper to it with lime juice and mix well and serve.
