Take out moong from water .
Drain all water
Microwave for 3 minutes .
We dont want to cook just want little soft
Take a bowl add salt sugar pepper oil. Lemon juice amd keep this dressing for later use.
Now take a mixing bowl add carrot , onion tomato green chillies , and moong
Pour dressing over it .
Mix well and serve alone for weight watchers or with lunch or dinner
