  • 40gms Sour cream


  • zucchini slices 2cup


  • Raw carrot slices 1/2cup


  • Beetroot slices 1cup


  • Asparagus 1cup slices


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Capsicum slices 1cup


  • Coriander for garnish 2tsp

Directions

  • Take zucchini freshly wash it make thin slices put in cold water as 2min then drain water .. slices place in a dri cotton cloth keep a side
  • Then take a bowl pour sour cream add salt,pepper,mix well
  • Take a slice apply already prepared sour cream arrange raw veggies slices then roll up equally
  • Maintain slices size and base on roles
  • Garnish with coriander serve with tomato sauce
