Ingredients

  • Moong sprouts 1cup


  • Boiled corns 1 tablespoon


  • Chopped tomato 1 tablespoon


  • Chopped cucumber 1 tablespoon


  • Roasted Peanuts 1/2 tablespoon


  • Kishmish 1/2 tablespoon


  • Salt and chilly according to taste


  • Chat Masala 1 teaspoon


  • Lemon zest 1 teaspoon


  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon


  • Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon


  • Few coriander leaves

Directions

  • Add all veggies with salt in a bowl and toss lightly.
  • Now add lemon zest and lemon juice and mix nicely.
  • Add all spices and toss again.
  • Yummy protein rich salad is ready to relish.
  • serve immediately.
