Moong sprouts 1cup
Boiled corns 1 tablespoon
Chopped tomato 1 tablespoon
Chopped cucumber 1 tablespoon
Roasted Peanuts 1/2 tablespoon
Kishmish 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and chilly according to taste
Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon
Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon
Few coriander leaves
Directions
Add all veggies with salt in a bowl and toss lightly.
Now add lemon zest and lemon juice and mix nicely.
Add all spices and toss again.
Yummy protein rich salad is ready to relish.
serve immediately.
Ingredients can be increased or decreased according to personal desire.
