Ingredients
Serves 2
Makhana 1/2 cups
Chilli powder amchur salt mixture 1/2 tsp
For Salad: Small carrot 1 nos
Small Cucumber 1 nos
Small Onion 1 nos
Pudina Leaves 1 cups
Lemon ,medium 1 nos
Green Chili 1 nos
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
For plating: papad baked in microwave 2 nos
Oil 1/4 tsp
Directions
First dry roast the makhana till it’s crispy now add the masala to it and keep aside.. mix it when hot else it will not mix properly.Add one teaspoon of oil while mixing the masalas.
Grate carrot cut cucumber into fine small pieces cut green chilli into small pieces, take out the leaves of pudina chop it well and mix all together pudina now add lemon salt and mix well.
Microwave the papad in a round bowl to get it's shape. Let it be done for 30 seconds first take it out flip it and keep for another 30 sec.
Serving : Place one papad on the plate then set the salad add the makhana and serve immediately.
