Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup sprouted moong


  • 1 medium onion


  • 1 medium tomato


  • 1 tsp Chaat masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Chop onion and tomato
  • Add both these to sprouted moong
  • Add black salt and chaat masala powder.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
