Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup sprouted moong

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 medium tomato

  • 1 tsp Chaat masala powder

  • 1/2 tsp black salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

    Chop onion and tomato

  • 02

    Add both these to sprouted moong

  • 03

    Add black salt and chaat masala powder.

  • 04

    Add lemon juice.

  • 05

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
