Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 hr. Soaked moong daal

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped deseeded cucumber

  • 1/4 cup grated carrot

  • 2 tbs freshly grated coconut

  • 1 tsp Lime juice 1 finely chopped green chillies Salt 1 tbs coriander leaves For tadka 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp urad daal 1/2 tsp chana daal A pinch of hing 3 to 4 curry leaves 1/2 tsp jeera 1/2 tsp musturd seeds

Directions

    Take a big bowl add soaked moong daal, grated Coconut, onions, cucumber,carrot, salt and lime juice, green chillies, mix all togather well

  • 02

    Take a tadka pan heat oil in it add jeera, mustard seeds, urad daal, chana daal, curry leaves, hing, let them sizzle
