Split moong dal 1 cup
Chopped cucumber 1 tablespoon
Chopped tomato 1 tablespoon
Chopped carrot 1/2 tablespoon
Mint leaves 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and chilly according to taste
Chat masala 1 teaspoon
Lime juice 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/3 teaspoon
Cottage cheese cubes 1 tablespoon
First cook dal adding salt and turmeric till it softens bit. keep aside to cool bit.
Now when dal cools down add all other ingredients one by one and keep tossing lightly.
Garnish with carrot wedges and lemon slices. Serve it warm. it tastes best.
Yummy and delicious salad is ready to give energy to body.
