Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Chicken breast 150 gms

  • Onion 1 , Diced

  • Cucumber 1 , sliced

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes , halved

  • 150 g lettuce

  • 1 large red chilli , deseeded and sliced very finely

  • 1/4 cup roasted cashews (optional)

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

  • 1 Red apple chopped finely

  • Kale 1/2 cup

  • Capsicum 1/2 diced

  • Garlic Chilli Sauce 2 tsp

  • Lime Juice 2-3 tbsp

  • 1 tbsp canola oil

  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions

    Boil water in a pan and let the chicken cook on sim flame. Keep aside to get cool.

    Drain the chicken and shred .

  • 03

    Take dressing ingredients in a jar or deep bowl. Mix well/ Shake well. Adjust the tanginess ,sweetness according to taste.

    Add salad ingredients to dressing and toss gently.

    Serve immediately. Drizzle over the remaining dressing .
