Ingredients

  • 1 bowl sprouted mung


  • 1 bowl sprouted moth


  • 2 carrot finely chopped


  • 2 cucumber finely chopped


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1 tomato finely chopped


  • 2 lemon


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon black salt


  • 2 grated carrot


  • 1 bowl grated cabbage


  • 1 bowl chopped green onion leaf

Directions

  • In a Big Bowl take sprouted moong and sprouted moth
  • Add chopped onion carrot tomato and cucumber
  • Now squeeze the lemon
  • Add black pepper powder salt and black salt
  • Mix all ingredients properly
  • Decorate with carrot cabbage and green leaves added with lemon juice and salt
  • Arrange these like flag colour
  • And the vitamin salad is ready
  • Serve chilled
