Brown chana 1 cup
Tomato 1/2 (cut into small pieces)
Cucumber 1/2 (cut into small pieces)
Coriander leaves 4 tbs
Onion 2 tbs
Green chilli 1 tbs paste.
Aam tel (homemade dried mango and mustard oil) 2 tbs
Salt 1/2 tbs
Directions
Take a bowl add brown chana ,soaked for 7 hour.
Take a pan add brown chana ,salt and chilli paste .Add water boiled it.
Take a bowl add others ingredients.
Mixed it well.
Now it's to serve Brown Chana Salad.
