Overnight soaked 1 cup black chick peas.
Finely chopped cucumber 1/3 cup
Finely chopped onions and capsicum 1 tablespoon each
Salt and chilly according to taste
Chat masala 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1/3 tablespoon
Small pieces of tomato 1 tablespoon
First boil chick peas in enough water till it softens . Off the flame and keep aside to cool.
Now add olive oil and rest all mentioned ingredients in cool chick peas and toss gently.
Serve immediately or chill for some time.
It can be munch at any time of the day and gives energy to body.
