Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 Cup curd


  • 4 Tomatoes


  • 1 Bunch coriander


  • 1 Tablespoon seasoning(mustard, jeera, urad daal, red chilly, hing)


  • 2 Curry leaves stem


  • 1 Tablespoon salt


  • 1 Pinch turmeric

Directions

  • Take tomatoes and chop them finely
  • In a pan add oil and add seasoning after they start spluttering add hing and curry leaves
  • Now add turmeric, salt add finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook
  • In other bowl add curd, salt and beat well adjust water consistency
  • Now add cooked tomatoes coriander and serve chill
  • Serve with biriyani, roti, parata😋
