Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 Cup curd

  • 4 Tomatoes

  • 1 Bunch coriander

  • 1 Tablespoon seasoning(mustard, jeera, urad daal, red chilly, hing)

  • 2 Curry leaves stem

  • 1 Tablespoon salt

  • 1 Pinch turmeric

Directions

    Take tomatoes and chop them finely

  • 02

    In a pan add oil and add seasoning after they start spluttering add hing and curry leaves

  • 03

    Now add turmeric, salt add finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook

  • 04

    In other bowl add curd, salt and beat well adjust water consistency

  • 05

    Now add cooked tomatoes coriander and serve chill

  • 06

    Serve with biriyani, roti, parata😋
