Ingredients

  • 1 Cup yogurt/greek yogurt

  • 2Onions finely chopped

  • 2Big carrot grated

  • 1Cup cabbage grated

  • 2Tomatoes finely chopped

  • 1Bunch coriander finely chopped

  • 1Teaspoon salt

  • 1Teaspoon jeera powder

  • 1Teaspoon chaat masala

  • 1Teaspoon black salt

    Greek curd is something which more creamier, thicker than dahi

    This is very good for salads and stuffing between sandwich it taste best

    In a bowl add all raw vegetables

    Now add curd accordingly that is neither running nor thick, mix well

    Now add jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala and mix well

    Salt must be added before you consume it because as the vegetables we used releases water so add before you consume

    In the above recipe I skipped cabbage, i am not intrested in much cabbage as it taste differently if you want uou can go ahead

    This can be consumed directly or can be used as stuffing between sandwich
