Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 Cup yogurt/greek yogurt


  • 2Onions finely chopped


  • 2Big carrot grated


  • 1Cup cabbage grated


  • 2Tomatoes finely chopped


  • 1Bunch coriander finely chopped


  • 1Teaspoon salt


  • 1Teaspoon jeera powder


  • 1Teaspoon chaat masala


  • 1Teaspoon black salt

Directions

  • Greek curd is something which more creamier, thicker than dahi
  • This is very good for salads and stuffing between sandwich it taste best
  • In a bowl add all raw vegetables
  • Now add curd accordingly that is neither running nor thick, mix well
  • Now add jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala and mix well
  • Salt must be added before you consume it because as the vegetables we used releases water so add before you consume
  • In the above recipe I skipped cabbage, i am not intrested in much cabbage as it taste differently if you want uou can go ahead
  • This can be consumed directly or can be used as stuffing between sandwich
