Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 Cup curd/yogurt

  • 1 Big cucumber/keera

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 Green chillies

  • 1 Bunch coriander finely chopped

Directions

    Peel cucumbr and finely chop it

  • 02

    Cut green chillies into ling long pieces so that they can be identified while eating

  • 03

    In a bowl add curd and beat well add finely chopped cucumber, salt and green chillies

  • 04

    Mix well and finally add coriander and serve chill

  • 05

    Perfect with aloo parata or methi parata
