Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 Cup curd


  • 2 Tomatoes finely chopped


  • 4 Onions finely chopped


  • 1 Teaspoon salt


  • 1 Bunch coriander finely chopped


  • 1 Teaspoon jeera powder(optional)


  • 1 Teaspoon black salt(optional)


  • 1 Teaspoon chaat masala(optional)

Directions

  • Raita must be neither in running consistency nor too thick just moderate
  • You must maintain crunchy raw vegetables taste and cool curd taste
  • Then raita is heaven😋 mostly used as side dish for biryani to balance the masala taste in it so the powders mentioned in ingredients are optional
  • Now in preparation in a bowl add curd/yogurt make sure you add curd but not buttermilk
  • In curd add finely chopped vegetables, salt and coriander
  • Mix well check for salt adjust it serve with biryani few of them.prefer to eat as salad as it balance masala heat
  • And important note is vegetanles used are of your choice but they must be finely chopped if they are big foodie can't enjoy the dish
  • They must be crunchy in curd but not big in size😊
