Cook macaroni in 3 cups water with salt and 1 tbsp olive oil
Immediately drain excess water and rinse through cold water to prevent further cooking. macaroni should not be soggy
In a bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, salt pepper, mustard sauce and vinegar. mix well until well combined
In another bowl, chop and add eggs, to this add all chopped veggies and Macaroni
Now add prepared Mayo dressing over the veggies and Macaroni. Toss well to evenly coat.
You can optionally add grated parmesan cheese on top before serving
Garnish with Parsley. Serve immediately or later. This can be refrigerated upto 1 day
