Heat Oil in a pan, add garlic, red cabbage and bell peppers. Saute it for 2 minutes on a high flame, till the veggies are soft.
Now remove it from the flame and keep it aside.
Meanwhile, in a bowl add cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, corns, macaroni and sauteed vegetables. Toss it.
For the salad dressings- mix honey, olive oil, tomato puree, herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
Mix it well. And pour the dressing over the salad.
Toss the salad. And refrigerate it for 30 minutes, before serving.
Serve it chilled.
