  • Moong sprout 1/2 cup

  • Green chilli 2

  • Curry leaves 5-6

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1

  • Musturd seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Grate carrot

  • 02

    Mix grated carrot and moong sprout in a bowl

  • 03

    Add lemon juice in it

  • 04

    Heat oil crackle musturd seeds curry leaves and green chilli

  • 05

    Pour tadka over the salad

  • 06

    Mix lightly

    Healthy carrot salad ready to be served
