  • Carrot 2


  • Moong sprout 1/2 cup


  • Green chilli 2


  • Curry leaves 5-6


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Lemon juice 1


  • Musturd seeds 1/2 tsp


  • Oil 1 tsp

Directions

  • Grate carrot
  • Mix grated carrot and moong sprout in a bowl
  • Add lemon juice in it
  • Heat oil crackle musturd seeds curry leaves and green chilli
  • Pour tadka over the salad
  • Mix lightly
  • Healthy carrot salad ready to be served
