Ingredients

  • Moong sprout 11/2 cup


  • Onion 2


  • Green chilli 3


  • Coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp


  • Oil 1 tsp


  • Desi chana sprouts 1 cup


  • Lemon 1

Directions

  • Make sprouts of moong and Desi chana
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Crackle cumin seeds
  • Add chopped onions and green chilli
  • Saute it
  • Add turmeric powder and salt
  • Mix it nicely
  • Cook for 2 -3 minutes
  • Add lemon juice
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon
