Trim the fat from the Chicken Breast.
Wash thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels.
Prick it with a fork. Sprinkle a little salt on it & a few drops of oil.
Set aside for about 15 minutes.
Cook in a preheated Grill for 5-6 minutes turning halfway. *No need to turn if using an Indoor Grill. A Grill Pan or an Oven on Grill/Broil mode can be used.
Dry roast the Sesame Seeds until golden & aromatic.
Grind together with the ginger & garlic. Add the Oils, honey & the Apple Cider Vinegar. Whisk well.

Cut the grilled Chicken Breast into thick & long strips.
Combine the Cabbage, Carrots, Lettuce , Red Onion Slices, Chicken Strips, Slivered Almonds & Dried Cranberries.
Drizzle some freshly made Asian Sesame Vinaigrette/Dressing.
