Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gram black boiled Bean Rajma


  • 100 gram boiled corn


  • 100 gram cottage cheese


  • 4 medium sized onions


  • 2 green Capsicum


  • 3 yellow Capsicum


  • 2 carrots


  • 2 cucumber


  • 2 beetroot


  • 1 cup chickpeas boiled


  • 4 lemon


  • 4 tbsp roasted crushed peanut


  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 2 teaspoon cumin seed powder


  • 2 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 4Tablespoon chopped coriander

Directions

  • For Mexican salad...
  • in a bowl take boiled rajma ,boiled corn , cottage cheese one and green capsicum
  • In another bowl take red wine vinegar 4 tbsp oil cumin seed powder 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt and 2 ,1tsp lemon juice tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Add this mix in rajma and corn and cottage cheese
  • Mix it properly and fill it in yellow Capsicum
  • for Kachumber...
  • Cut 1 onion in length
  • Grate carrot cucumber and beetroot
  • Add salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Mix all ingredients properly and fill it in yellow Capsicum
  • Chickpea salad
  • in a bowl take boiled chickpeas, cucumber, onion, finely chopped Capsicum
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, Crushed and roasted peanut and lemon juice
  • Mix all ingredients properly and filll it in yellow Capsicum
  • Now decorate the plate with cabbage leaves
  • And trio salad is ready served chilled
