Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs 4

  • Thick curd 1 cup

  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Mustard powder 1 to 2 teaspoons

Directions

    Chop boiled eggs in big chunks

  • 02

    In a mixing bowl take , curd , vinegar , Salt., black pepper powder and Mustard powder

  • 03

    Mix well everything to prepare dressing

  • 04

    Now add egg chunks in to it and fold lightly
