20 nos Oreo biscuit
6 nos gulocose biscuit
3/4 cup milk as per requirements
3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
3/4 tsp Eno plain or baking soda
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 packet gems
1 packet sprinkles
1 dark chocolate
1 tsp butter
In a big mixi jar take all the biscuits with cream and sugar. Grind it coarsely.
Now add milk, eno, dark chocolate and grind to smooth paste.
Add chocolate syrup and mix well.
Grease waffle maker and pour the cake batter.
Batter should fall like a ribbon. Spread the batter evenly.
Close lid and cook it 5 minutes till done.
Check it with the tooth pick if it comes out clean cake is done.
If you can microwave for 3-5 minutes.
Let cool it cool down then invert in plate.
Garnish with gems and sprinkle
