Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 glass soda

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 1 tsp black salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, watermelon chunks for garnish

Directions

    Take watermelon chunks with seeds in a mixer jar. Blend it well. Strain it through siever and discard all seeds.

    Fresh watermelon juice will be collected in a big jar.

    Now add black salt, mint leaves and ice cubes and lemon juice and blend it again well.

    In the same way blend pineapple chunks in a mixer jar and pineapple juice passed through strainer.

    Mixed both watermelon and pineapple juices. Mix it well so that both flavours r mixed well.

    Add some crushed mint leaves and lemon wedges

    Now finally add some soda and ice cubes and yummylicious watermelon pineapple punch is ready to be served chilled

    Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges
