  • Hari matar -1/2 kg

  • hari mirch-4

  • hara dhaniya

  • aata -200 gram

  • oil - 2 cup

  • sooji - 2tbsp

  • amchur pawder -1/2 tbsp

  • namak - 1tbsp

  • fennel - 1/2 tbsp

  • ginger paste -1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Matar ko cheel lenge ,aur sabhi daane ko halka sa pees lenge , jyada maheen paste nahi banana hai

  • 02

    ek pan mein ek spoon oil daalkar garm karen ,fir usmein fennel ,hari mirch (chopped) aur ginger paste daalen .

  • 03

    ab dardari ki hui matar daalkar medium flame par bhoon lenge

  • 04

    10 min tak chalane ke baad ab usmein amchur pawder aur namak milaenge , ghaniya bhi bareek kaat kar mila lenge, thanda hone ke liye rakh denge .

    Ab ek paraat mein aata aur sooji milaenge , ek spoon oil ,1/2 tbsp namak milakar soft aata taiyar karenge. aur 5 min ke liye dhakkar rakhenge

  • 06

    kadhai mein oil garam karenge .

  • 07

    ab aate ki choti choti loi lekar matar wala mixture usmein bharenge ,aur belenge

  • 08

    oil garam ho chuka hai ab ek ek kachori fry karenge .
