1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup grated carrot
3 finely chopped green chillies
1 spoon lemon juice
2 spoon ground nut oil
1/2 spoon each mustard and jeera
1/8 spoon hing
1/2 spoon salt
1/2 cup mung dal soaked for two hours and drained
Directions
make tadka with oil, mustard jeera and hing
mix all the other ingredients and add tadka
salt should be added just begore serving. finely chopped cucumber may also be used
