Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander

  • 1/4 cup grated coconut

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot

  • 3 finely chopped green chillies

  • 1 spoon lemon juice

  • 2 spoon ground nut oil

  • 1/2 spoon each mustard and jeera

  • 1/8 spoon hing

  • 1/2 spoon salt

  • 1/2 cup mung dal soaked for two hours and drained

    make tadka with oil, mustard jeera and hing

  • 02

    mix all the other ingredients and add tadka

  • 03

    salt should be added just begore serving. finely chopped cucumber may also be used
