  • 1.5 Litre Milk 2 Lemon 2.5 Cups Sugar 2 Cups Water 2 Tspn Cardmom Powder


  • Boil 1 ltr milk and then add lemon juice in it. Stir it for 5 minutes. Let the milk curdle. Off the flame. Strain the curdled milk with help of clothe. Now add cold water in it and strain it again. Do one more time. Now squeeze it and remove excess water out of it. Now knead it for 5-10 minutes till it becomes smooth and soft.
  • Now prepare Rasmalai of round shapes.
  • In a pan add 2 cups sugar, water and boil it for 5-10 minutes. Now add 1 Tspn cardmom powder. Now add prepared Rasmalaies in it . Cover it and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Now remove Rasmalaies from it , put in serving bowl and add already prepared condensed milk over it.
  • Condensed Milk - To prepare this, boil half ltr milk till it becomes half of it. Add half cup sugar, 1 Tspn cardmom powder and mix well. Off the flame, let it cool down.
  • Delicious Rasmalai is ready.
