Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup

  • Olive oil 1/3 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Sweet potatoes 2( grinded)

  • Margarine 2 tbs

  • Eggs whites 4

  • For garnishing cherry 6/7 pieces

Directions

    Take a pan add oil and sugar.

    Add margarine.

  • 03

    Stir it continuously.

    Color has been changed.

    Add sweet potatoes .stir it continually for 10 minutes.

    Remove it.

    Take a bowl add eggs whites ,oil batter it well.

    Add sugar.

    Add whole wheat flour ,baking powder,vanila essence mixed it well.

    Add caramelized sweet potatoes

    Make a smooth batter.

    Take a cake mould bowl add oil grease it well.

    Spread flour all over.

    Add cake batter.

    Take kodai keep it cake mould bowl.

    Cover it ,with low flame for 18/19 minutes.

    Remove it from gas oven.

    Wait for normal temperature.

    Take a plate turn over cake mould bowl.

    Cut into pieces serve with cherries.
