Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup


  • Olive oil 1/3 cup


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Sweet potatoes 2( grinded)


  • Margarine 2 tbs


  • Eggs whites 4


  • For garnishing cherry 6/7 pieces

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil and sugar.
  • Add margarine.
  • Stir it continuously.
  • Color has been changed.
  • Add sweet potatoes .stir it continually for 10 minutes.
  • Remove it.
  • Take a bowl add eggs whites ,oil batter it well.
  • Add sugar.
  • Add whole wheat flour ,baking powder,vanila essence mixed it well.
  • Add caramelized sweet potatoes
  • Make a smooth batter.
  • Take a cake mould bowl add oil grease it well.
  • Spread flour all over.
  • Add cake batter.
  • Take kodai keep it cake mould bowl.
  • Cover it ,with low flame for 18/19 minutes.
  • Remove it from gas oven.
  • Wait for normal temperature.
  • Take a plate turn over cake mould bowl.
  • Cut into pieces serve with cherries.
