Boiled potatoes chopped in big chunks 1-2 cups
Capsicum chopped in chunks 1 cup
Cucumber chopped in chunks 1 cup
Pineapple chopped in chunks 1 cup
Carrot chopped in chunks 1 cup
Apple chopped in chunks 1 cup
Black pepper flakes 1-2 teaspoons
Mustard powder 1 to 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Hung curd 1 to 2 cups
Olive oil 1 tablespoons
Directions
In mixing bowl, take hung curd , olive oil mustard powder, black pepper powder salt according to taste and mix well everything properly to prepare dressing for salad
Now add all the vegetables and fruits in dressing and toss gently so that it coats from all over
