Strawberry Flavoured Sesame Pudding /Til ki Rabdi

  This is an innovative fusion pudding which has a unique texture and tastes heavenly when served chilled. It is a perfect delectable blend of Til infused Indian rabdi and strawberry purée to make it even more flavourful and mouth-watering.  Here I have drizzled the Strawberry syrup to glorify and enhance the taste. It is a quick and easy fusion recipe and a total bliss to try hands on

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gm White sesame seeds /til dry roasted


  • 1/2 litre Full cream milk


  • 1 tablespoon coconut powder


  • 1 cup fresh strawberries


  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • 1 tablespoon chironji


  • 1 teaspoon chopped pistachios


  • 1 tablespoon Cashew nuts chopped


  • 1 Green Cardamom crushed


  • 1 tablespoon Hershey's strawberry syrup

Directions

  • Gather all the ingredients
  • Dry roast the sesame seeds and coarsely crush them or pulse for 2 seconds in grinder and keep aside.
  • Boil milk in a sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  • Add roasted til and coconut powder, mix well.
  • Add crushed cardamom, chironji and cashews while stirring continuously on low flame.
  • Cook for 10 more minutes so that the rabdi thickens.
  • Add honey and switch off the flame.
  • Mix well and allow it to cool down to the room temperature.
  • Meanwhile wash and clean the strawberries and make a purée.
  • Pour the strawberry purée in the cooled sesame rabdi and mix well.
  • Now Pour in a serving dish and garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle the Strawberry syrup to glorify and enhance the flavor.
  • Serve chilled to your loved ones
