Serves : 2
  • 1 Cup curd
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • 2spoon sugar
  • 1 pinch cardmom powder - optional

Directions

  • In a mixing jar take curd, sugar strawberries, cardmom powder. Make fine paste.
  • Put this paste into airtight container and freeze it for 5-6 hours in refrigerator.
  • Now take out icecream with help of spoon or scoop.
  • Serve it cold.
