Take besan,rawa,salt in a bowl
Mix them add sugar,turmeric powder and ginger
Add chilli paste and lemon juice
Add sachet of eno eith 2 tsp water to activate it
Mix quickly and pour in greased mould
Cook in steamer for 20 min.
Insert a knife and check if it comes out ckean then our dhokla cake is ready
Let it cool
And then carefully demould it
Then dacorate it with fruits and veggies
