Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup chopped potato


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4tsp ajwain


  • 1oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients well. Add water and make a thick batter
  • Heat oil
  • Put little batter in oil making small pakoda.
  • Fry till golden brown
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
