Ingredients

  • 1cup chopped potato

  • 1/2 cup besan

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4tsp ajwain

  • 1oil for deep frying

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients well. Add water and make a thick batter

    Heat oil

  • 03

    Put little batter in oil making small pakoda.

  • 04

    Fry till golden brown

  • 05

    Serve hot with ketchup.
