Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Potatoes 2 Medium French Beans 150 gms


  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds


  • 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida


  • 1/3 Tsp Turmeric Powder


  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder


  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder


  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala


  • 1/2 Tsp Salt, or to taste


  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Directions

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan . Add cumin seeds to it. Fry till they start to splutter. Also add a pinch of Asafoetida.
  • Add diced potatoes to it. Cook it for 2-3 minutes till it start to golden brown.
  • Now add chopped Green Beans to the pan.
  • Now add Turmeric Powder , Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Salt.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 8- 10 minutes till the vegetables get cooked. Now sprinkle Garam Masala Powder on top.
  • Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Aloo Beans is ready. Serve it hot with Roti ..
