1red bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1tsp red chilli powder
1 medium sized chopped onion
1Oil for shallow frying the bell peppers
Wash bell peppers and cut them in circles. De seed them properly
Heat 1tsp oil, add onions and cook them till translucent
Add red chilli powder and salt to it. Add boiled mashed potato and mix well.
Cool the stuffing completely
Take corn flour in a bowl and add 2tsp water. Make a thin paste of it.
Take a single ring of bell pepper, stuff it with stuffing properly.
Dip it in cornflour paste and shallow fry them till cooked well.
Garnish with little Grated cheese and serve hot
