Ingredients

  • 5-6 potatoes


  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder


  • 2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • oil for frying 1 cup


  • corn flour 1 tablespoon


  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Wash and cut potatoes wedges in half lengthwise
  • Add Salt and Pepper, garlic powder in IT .mix well
  • add corn flour in it and toss together to coat evenly.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Deep fry these wedges until golden and crispy. sprinkle chat masala on it.
  • It's ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
