Potatoes-5 large boiled and peeled
Fresh Corriender leaves-1 bunch
Chaat masala-1 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1 tsp or as per taste
Boil and peel the potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Blend Corriender leaves, Green chilly, ginger and hing in a mixer to make a fine paste.
Put this paste in a bowl add salt,Chaat masala, cumin powder,black pepper powder,and lemon juice. Whisk it.
Add cubed potatoes in the paste and mix well gently.
Now it is ready to eat.it is best eaten with a tooth pick.
