Ingredients

  • Potatoes-5 large boiled and peeled


  • Fresh Corriender leaves-1 bunch


  • Green chilly-4-5


  • Ginger-1 inch


  • Hing-1/2 tsp


  • Chaat masala-1 tsp


  • Cumin powder -1 tsp


  • Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp


  • Salt-1 tsp or as per taste

Directions

  • Boil and peel the potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes.
  • Blend Corriender leaves, Green chilly, ginger and hing in a mixer to make a fine paste.
  • Put this paste in a bowl add salt,Chaat masala, cumin powder,black pepper powder,and lemon juice. Whisk it.
  • Add cubed potatoes in the paste and mix well gently.
  • Now it is ready to eat.it is best eaten with a tooth pick.
